About the Business
Building its high reputation in Painting, Decorating, and Property Maintenance has been key to the companies' success and extremely loyal customer base. As a father of four boys, he was delighted when his second son, Lewis, on leaving school decided to enter the building trade. Once qualified as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer and having gained valuable experience, Martin was keen to expand and Lewis joined the firm in 2005. Lewis was successful in achieving a place on an apprenticeship scheme at Bournemouth & Poole College.
Working for a local family run firm, he was trained up as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer and during this time he learnt the values and importance of good customer service. He passed both level 2 and 3 on the NVQ scheme as well as his ACS Gas Safety training. He later went on to work for a large firm, mainly focusing on sites and large scale projects, where he was quickly recognised as a neat, efficient worker and was often given responsibility for the job and team.
