About the Business
Founded in 1946 by John Crawford and based in Cheadle Hulme he conducted primarily contracts for local residents, until expanding by recruiting additional staff he was able to fulfil the needs of commercial clients. In 1956, seeing the development of DIY he regrouped and opened a retail outlet in Bramhall, managed by his wife Doris. In 1960 eldest son Stuart joined the business, later followed by Ian his other son and the firm flourished.
Established for over 65 years with a wealth of experience in all aspects of painting & decorating. We are capable of handling contracts of various sizes from small domestic to light industrial all completed in the time frame demanded. In the time that the company has been established we have built up a large portfolio of genuinely satisfied customers. All employees are time served and work on a permanent basis - employing sub contractors is not considered.
